Don't Trust AllState

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAGE IS TO KEEP YOU INFORMED ABOUT THE DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES OF ALLSTATE. WE WANT TO HELP GUARANTEE YOU ARE MAKING INFORMED DECISIONS. AS TIME PROGRESSES AND OUR INVESTIGATIONS ARE COMPLETED, THERE WILL BE A MAJOR UPDATE.

THEY'RE RIPPING YOU OFF

Allstate generates millions in additional revenue annually simply by selling you something that you already have. Everyone has to have insurance. When you purchased your full coverage policy, 9 times out of 10 they told you that you needed uninsured motorist coverage. They probably even explained how it would pay for repairs or replacement in the event you are involved in an accident that's not your fault, but the other driver does not have insurance. For the most part, that is true. However, if you have comprehensive and collision coverage, your vehicle is completely covered. Adding uninsured motorist is just an overlap of what you already have as it pertains to ensuring your vehicle is fully covered. So you ask, "why would they not be honest and sell me something I don't need"? Well, I will always question the integrity of a company that will take the time to convince me that I should purchase something that I already have.

PREVENTION

Anyone can become a victim, but no one has to remain the victim. From the moment the accident occurs, you will need to make sure you are properly documenting everything that transpires. I don't personally recommend that you handle the claim without proper legal representation if you don't know what you are doing. However, taking these steps will help ensure you are victorious in the event it becomes necessary to take legal action. To record all calls, visit http://nllapps.com and download the free call recorder. Also, you will need to record all interaction between you and your medical provider. There are times when they may state one thing, and contradict it the next accompanied with documentation. Allstate may do this as well. And if you don't have the proof to prove otherwise, you are screwed.

HOW TO SPREAD THE WORD

If no one knows what happened, it won't benefit you to just complain. Once you have collected and organized the evidence, now you can begin with a few simple steps.

  1. Have us create a FREE short video animation, Register a domain name similar to www.DontTrustAllstate.com, and build a FREE website at www.GoDaddy.com
  2. Visit www.RipOffReport.com and post your complaint
  3. Post the video on all of your social media accounts, send a private message with the video to all of your friends on Facebook and by text, and request they do the same. If you are over a large Facebook group with thousands of members as I am, you can post it there. Or, if you know someone that has a large group, you could probably get them to pin it for a few days for free, or by providing them with minimum compensation.
  4. Send a broadcast fax to hundreds or thousands of attorneys with a brief description of what you experienced. More than likely their assistants will read it before brining it to their attention. Soon, it will be a topic of discussion not only for paralegals, their friends, and the attorneys they work for, but also for the many victims that were wronged.
  5. Create a GoFundMe page at www.GoFundMe.com . You will be surprised the number of individuals that will not only read the details of your campaign, but also contribue and help you reach your goal.

By implementing the steps above, you will REACH THOUSANDS in a very short period, culminating with a major movement.

THINGS NOT TO DO

  1. Don’t contact their stock holders and inform them of your intentions. Doing so will have an adverse effect on the price of their stock.
  2. Don’t create a huge sign with a name similar to DontTrustAllstate.com and stand on a busy road in protest. Doing this will drive even more traffic to the website.
  3. Don’t spend $50 for 100 signs with a domain name similar to DontTrustAllstate.com and strategically place them on corners with high traffic.
  4. Don’t contact the media and inform them about your experience. One of the reporters may have had a similar experience and decide to run a story. This will force a response, and cause a major loss of revenue.
  5. Don’t allow them to take you to court where you will be forced to expose many of their practices and other secrets that they did not want the public to know about. This will also severely impact their bottom line.
  6. Don't print www.DontTrustAllstate.com in bold black on fluorescent green 8x10 paper and place them on the doors of businesses after hours. Doing so will drive even more people to your website.

THEY DON’T FEAR LAWSUITS

Companies like Allstate earmark a certain amount of capital each year for lawsuits. They employ formulas that anticipate the amount of claims that will be paid in any given period. This is almost an exact science. For the most, your threat of suing them is laughed at. However, if you want to get their attention, find a way to LEGALLY impact their bottom line.
